Wild Cosmetics incredible growth saw them ranked as the U.K’s no.1 natural deodorant brand & fastest growing online health & Beauty brand in the U.K – yet, they were reliant on one Supplier in a period of exponential growth. With our network in East Asia, we helped Wild diversify their supply chain and safely onboard a new Manufacturing Partner to support their growth.
Working with Wild over the last 18 months, we helped tool, develop and manufacture their new deodorant V2 – a more sustainable version of their best selling reusable deodorant vessel.
The overall plastic used in the case was reduced by 20% and the aluminium by 16.5%. This not only translates to a unit cost reduction, but also reduced transport emissions. The vessel is now easy to disassemble for recycling due to glue-less assembly during manufacture.
With our team in Asia, we continue to work with the Wild team to support the manufacture of new product lines. Helping manufacture their new reusable shower gel cases, as well as developing new printing techniques for their limited edition cases for both deodorant and shower gel designs.
