Case study Manufacturing · Supply chain 2024–2025

Supply chain diversified,
for Europe's leading
reusable personal care brand.

Wild had scaled on a single manufacturer, concentrating supply risk. Envelope introduced them directly to our key manufacturing partner and factory, a safe pair of hands with Western ownership, English-language communication and 20+ years in manufacturing.

The brief.

Wild had scaled on a single manufacturer, concentrating risk right as demand grew. The brief was to diversify supply with a partner able to hold exacting tolerances on refillable formats and match their sustainability standards, without months of trial-and-error sourcing.

The match.

Rather than a shortlist, Envelope introduced Wild directly to our key manufacturing partner and their factory, a safe pair of hands with Western ownership, English-language communication and over 20 years in personal-care manufacturing. Envelope arranged weekly status calls, with our strategy lead attending every call and meeting, both online and in person.

The partner engineered Wild's refillable roll-on around a high-tolerance internal thread, sheathed in anodised aluminium for impact resistance, and handled decoration in-house, including anodised colour, silk-screen and soft-touch finishes for every limited edition, held to Wild's exact brand guidelines.

The outcome.

Wild diversified away from single-vendor reliance and continue to use Envelope's recommended manufacturer for their refillable deodorant, shower gel and new product development. Envelope continues to bridge the link between China, the UK and both parties, adding communication and speeding up production development at every stage.
